Job summary

Trans Lease in Denver, CO is hiring an Inside Account Manager as part of a new account development team. This entry-level role offers a clear path to outside BDM roles, with a 2–3 year horizon based on performance and openings.

You will learn the business, build real customer relationships, and manage a rolling 120-day maturity list while gaining exposure to commercial lending, fleet, and equipment finance concepts.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Strong MS Excel skills and proficient with all Microsoft applications.
• Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Work a rolling 120-day maturity list, proactively contacting customers with maturing leases and loans to introduce rewrite and replacement options.
• Re-engage former customers in good standing who no longer have active paper with Trans Lease.
• Make systematic outreach to active small-fleet customers who haven’t had recent BDM contact service touches that surface real opportunities.
• Qualify opportunities and hand off to regional BDMs for field follow-up and closing.
• Close residual rewrites on smaller accounts independently within your authorization threshold.
