Trans Lease is building an Account Development Team to extend our reach into customer segments that our Business Development Managers cannot economically serve on a regular cadence. This is an entry-level sales position designed as an opportunity to build and grow in the position and in the company.

Inside Account Managers who perform have a defined path to outside BDM roles, arriving there already knowing our products, our portfolio, and our customers.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Strong MS Excel skills and proficient with all Microsoft applications.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt to the changing market.
• Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing.
• Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass a post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers with maturing leases to discuss rewrite and replacement options.
• Re-engage former customers with active but inactive papers.
• Proactively reach active small-fleet customers lacking recent BDM touches.
• Identify new prospect segments: small/ regional truck dealers, upfitter companies, niche markets.
• Qualify opportunities and hand off to regional BDMs for follow-up and closing.
• Close residual rewrites on smaller accounts within your authorization threshold.
• Log every interaction in CRM the same day, with a next action.
