Job summary

Viant Medical Inc. is seeking an entry-level operator for our injection molding facility in Fremont, CA. The role emphasizes safety, attendance, and teamwork while performing light assembly, inspection, and packaging of parts.

You will operate molding machines, read and follow specifications, and report data to supervisors. Training will cover GDP standards and continuous improvement activities; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position with knowledge of the job and/or has extensive prior experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and up to 10 pounds frequently.
• Must be 18 years of age; able to understand English (verbal and written).
• Excellent vision and hand-eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and/or retrieve parts from bins under injection molding machines while meeting output targets and product quality.
• Trim, inspect, and package parts as needed.
• Report reject data to Production Supervisor or Team Lead and complete GDP-compliant paperwork.
• Provide relief for coworker breaks as required and follow instructions from Team Leader or Manager.
• Participate in continuous improvement events and problem solving.
