Viant Medical Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for operator openings on multiple shifts in a climate-controlled, on-site facility in Pennsylvania.

New hires can receive a $3,000 sign-on bonus and shift differentials of $2.00/hr on B shift and $4.00/hr on D shift, with opportunities for attendance incentives and a defined career path. • Operate injection molding equipment to maintain productivity and product quality.

• A Shift (Sun-Tuesday then every other Wednesday 7am-7pm)
• B Shift (Sun-Tuesday then every other Wednesday 7pm-7am) -$2.00/hr Shift Differential
• C Shift (Thursday-Saturday then every other Wednesday 7am-7pm)
• D Shift (Thursday-Saturday then every other Wednesday 7pm-7am)-$4.00/hr Shift Differential

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILIETIES:

• Support and uphold the Viant Values: Customer Oriented, Integrity, Servant Leadership, Own It, Teamwork, and Be Agile.
• Treat employees with dignity and respect.
• ATTENDANCE IS PARAMOUNT. All associates are required to report to their scheduled shift on time and work their entire shift.
• Maintain a professional attitude towards coworkers and company.
• Operate machines maintaining productivity, efficiency and product quality.
• Put safety first. Ensure employees are working safely and all safety measures and procedures are being met and followed. Including good housekeeping.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform visual inspection and testing to ensure all products meet quality standards.
• Reporting of data collection and coordinate with mold tech’s or maintenance for machine errors.
• Separate parts from runners by visually examining for: flow lines, long gates, shorts, splaying, flash, etc. As needed, trim and clip excess plastic from parts.
• Pick up bins of parts from shelves under injection molding machines.
• Provide relief for coworker’s breaks as required by supervisor.
• Package parts in bags, totes or boxes as applicable (plant specific).
• Complete paperwork accurately that is acceptable under GMP standards.
• Be flexible and act in a manner that promotes teamwork.
• Operators also pack and pull samples for customers/QC.
• Other duties as assigned needed to help drive our Vision, Mission, and Values.

Requirements

Education/Certification

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)

Experience

• Must be 18 years of age
• No experience necessary
