Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instruction in English.
• Prior industrial sewing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set‑up and operate industrial sewing machines; sew material per production guides and observe stitching for defects.
• Perform additional non-sewing tasks: apply latex to cloths, cut and fuse rope, operate small and large grommet machines.
• Follow safety rules and maintain cleanliness in the department; assist with ERP punch in/out as needed.
• Promote continuous improvement within the department.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
