This entry-level role provides on-the-job learning under supervision, with a focus on safe work practices, equipment functions, and standard repair procedures in a manufacturing setting. Day shift, full-time position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn industrial maintenance practices.
• Ability to learn industrial sewing machine maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine preventive maintenance on industrial sewing machines and related production equipment.
• Perform basic cleaning, lubrication, inspection, and adjustment tasks according to established procedures.
• Support repair activities by preparing tools, parts, and work areas.
• Identify worn, damaged, or missing components and communicate findings to senior mechanics.
