Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems (wiring, motors, controls).
• Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair sewing machines, RF welders, and production equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) activities to minimize downtime.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and production issues.
• Install, test, and adjust machinery and equipment as needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Assist with facility maintenance as needed.
