Job summary

Envision, Inc. is hiring a maintenance technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial sewing machines and related equipment.

The role spans electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and sewing systems, with cross-training to support vinyl and paper equipment when required. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred associate degree in industrial maintenance or technical training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree in industrial maintenance or technical certificate preferred.
• Hands-on experience with sewing equipment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair complex manufacturing equipment with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and sewing systems.
• Read and interpret electrical/mechanical schematics to diagnose issues.
• Dismantle and repair machinery, replace parts, and perform major overhauls.
• Calibrate sewing machine components and re-test for quality after repair.
• Cross-train to support vinyl and paper equipment maintenance as needed.
