Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in one of the following: Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering Technology (MET), Mechanical Engineering, Robotics Technology, Other related fields.

Responsibilities

• Assist with providing timely and relevant metrics to Plant Managers and Director.
• Identify production flow issues related to work sequencing, task/line balancing, tooling/equipment constraints, and manpower allocation/training.
• Assist with creation and automated delivery of KPIs such as Efficiency, DCI & Overtime.
• Apply standard hours using models/tools to ensure time standards for new parts/assemblies.
• Analyze production facility arrangements to improve capacity and flow.
