Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing operations.
Understanding or exposure to manufacturing equipment and systems.
Experience with ERP systems and engineering software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Excel, simulation tools).
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed equipment lists for manufacturing and production operations.
Conduct cost analyses for equipment, labor, and materials to support budgeting and investment decisions.
Prepare accurate production cost estimates for quoting, planning, and financial forecasting.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure alignment on cost and equipment planning.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Support layout planning, time studies, and workflow analysis to improve operational efficiency.
Apply industrial engineering methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and simulation modeling.
Maintain documentation for cost models, equipment specifications, and process changes.
