Siemens in Knightdale, NC is seeking an Industrial Engineer to improve how work gets done across manufacturing by analyzing production processes, designing efficient work systems, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
You will partner with production, engineering, maintenance, quality, logistics, and suppliers to boost safety, productivity, and cost effectiveness, support new product introductions and line ramp-up, and develop process documentation and training to sustain improvements.

The Electrification and Automation (EA) Business Unit offers the full range of energy distribution systems and solutions for all markets and through all sales channels. The Knightdale facility will deliver integrated electrical skid assemblies that combine power distribution and power conversion equipment with protection and automation systems. Electrical skids provide outdoor rated, modular, value-add solutions for key vertical markets to improve delivery reliability and lower total cost of ownership for customers.
