Job summary

Crowne Plaza Resort Guam, part of the InterContinental Hotels Group, seeks an entry-level Income Auditor to ensure revenues are recorded accurately and discrepancies reported promptly. Under the Director of Finance, you will produce daily revenue reports and reconcile various revenue streams against cash and receivables.

You will work with the Finance team to maintain posting accuracy, assist with month-end tasks, and support internal controls while potentially working nights or weekends as

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma in accounting or business; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Entry level hourly position; 2+ years accounting experience.
• Must be fluent in English and able to work on Guam, USA.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile revenues daily across PMS and other systems.
• Prepare and distribute daily revenue reports.
• Ensure accurate recording of revenues and proper control procedures.
• Coordinate accounts receivable with travel agency clients.
• Audit and reconcile cash and postings; review room and outlet charges.
