Job summary

Crowne Plaza Resort Guam is seeking an entry-level Income Auditor to join the Finance team. Under the Director of Finance, you will help record revenues accurately and produce daily revenue reports.

The role requires a high school diploma in accounting or business, English fluency, and at least 2 years of accounting experience; hours are non-exempt at $12 per hour and may include nights/weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma in Accounting or Business is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business is highly preferred.
• At least 2 years of accounting experience.
• Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading and writing).

Responsibilities

• Reconcile revenues daily between PMS and other systems.
• Prepare and present the daily revenue report.
• Ensure revenues are recorded and reported daily with proper controls.
• Assist in coordinating accounts receivable with travel agency clients.
• Balance budgets and analyze financial data for management.
