Job summary

Easy Ice in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking an Entry Level Commercial Refrigeration Technician HVAC-R to install, service, and maintain ice machines. You will work in a fast-paced, customer-facing role ensuring equipment reliability and customer satisfaction.

This position offers hands-on training, opportunities for growth, a company vehicle, and benefits as part of a supportive team culture. Heavy lifting and travel up to 60% of time may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service-oriented technical role is preferred.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and electrical components related to ice machines or similar equipment.
• Willingness to learn and grow in HVAC maintenance and ice machine repair.

Responsibilities

• Install, preventative maintenance, servicing and cleaning of ice machines.
• Troubleshoot issues and conduct routine inspections under supervision of senior technicians.
• Document actions with photos and logs and maintain records of maintenance activities.
• Maintain truck stock, vehicle cleanliness, and organization.
• Assist in payments processing and safe shutdown/removal of equipment as needed.
