Job summary

Intertek Building & Construction is seeking an entry-level ICC/IFC/ACI Inspector for Northern California. The role involves performing testing, observations and inspections under supervision, with a pathway to grow in the architectural, engineering and construction fields.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• ICC/IFC/ACI certification preferred for inspection work.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and calibrate testing equipment and perform soil and/or concrete testing.
• Read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Utilize drawings and diagrams to guide inspections.
• Observe site activities and perform testing with detailed documentation.
• Prepare data reports and communicate results to project teams.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate with clients.
