Service Champions in San Jose, CA is seeking enthusiastic Entry-Level Field Service Technicians. This full-time role offers on-the-job growth, with a 9-week paid technical training program at Champions University in Pleasanton.

No prior residential HVAC experience is necessary; we hire for attitude and train for skill. You’ll gain hands-on experience maintaining and servicing heating and cooling systems while benefiting from competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn hands-on HVAC tasks.
• Ability to work in varied climates and physically demanding environments.
• Strong customer service and clear communication with clients.
• Attention to detail in diagnosing and documenting service work.

• Prior sales experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and cooling systems.
• Inspect, repair, and service furnaces, condensers, and compressors with hand/power tools.
• Build strong client relationships through service quality and education.
