Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain furnaces, condensers, and compressors using hand and power tools.
• Build strong client relationships through service, clear communication, and education on maintenance.
• Document services and recommendations through forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Adhere to quality and safety standards and fulfill commitments.
