Service Champions Heating and Air Conditioning is hiring for an entry-level HVAC Training Technician in Livermore, CA. You will join an 8-week paid technical training program at Champions University in Pleasanton and begin a full-time career with ongoing development opportunities.

No prior residential HVAC experience is required; we hire for attitude and train for skill. Expect extensive customer interactions, hands-on learning, and a chance to grow with a trusted Bay Area employer.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn HVAC concepts.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Safer work practices and ability to follow safety guidelines.
• Comfort working in hot or cold environments and varying weather.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks and endure field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain furnaces, condensers and compressors using hand and power tools.
• Build client relationships with clear communication and service excellence.
• Educate clients on system maintenance and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve home comfort for clients.
• Document service performed and recommendations in forms and logs.
• Adhere to Service Champions quality and safety standards.
