No prior residential HVAC experience required; you'll complete a 9-week training at Champions University in Pleasanton and start a career with a trusted Bay Area employer.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude required.
• Able to work in hot/cold/wet conditions.
• Physically demanding tasks daily; able to navigate tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Deliver routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
• Inspect and repair furnaces, condensers, and compressors with hand/power tools.
• Build strong client relationships through clear communication and education on maintenance.
• Document services performed and recommendations in proper forms and logs.
• Adhere to quality and safety standards and meet commitments.
• Engage in ongoing learning and training to update job knowledge.
