Service Champions is hiring entry-level Field Service Technicians in Livermore, CA. You’ll embark on a 9-week paid technical training program at Champions University in Pleasanton, with no prior residential HVAC experience required.

This full-time role emphasizes growth, strong client service, and hands-on learning. Competitive compensation with 3 weeks of vacation potential based on tenure, comprehensive health plans, and a 401k with company match after one year.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn quickly
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Detail oriented with ability to follow directions
• Willingness to work in varying climates and physical environments
• Sales experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Inspect, repair, and maintain furnaces, condensers, and compressors using hand and power tools
• Build strong client relationships with clear communication and education on system maintenance
• Document services and recommendations accurately through forms and records
• Adhere to quality and safety standards and meet commitments
• Pursue ongoing learning and participate in training opportunities
