Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) is seeking an entry-level HVAC technician to support installation, maintenance, and service for commercial customers. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction, with on-the-job training and opportunities for growth.

You will perform on-site preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and assist with repairs while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• HVAC trade school diploma strongly preferred with good attendance.
• 1+ years in mechanical support role; some HVAC hands-on experience preferred.
• EPA Certification Type I & II or Universal preferred.
• NATE certification a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 90 lbs.
• Technical aptitude for maintenance, service and troubleshooting.
• Excellent customer service skills; good electrical and mechanical diagnostics.
• Ability to complete repairs and required paperwork; work independently and self-schedule.
• Self-motivated, driven to succeed with minimal supervision.
• Occasional weekend/night work; willingness to relocate after training.

• Assist with on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Maintain HVAC systems using technical skills.
• Work in a team-based environment to share workload and ensure customer satisfaction.
