Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) in the United States is seeking an entry-level HVAC technician to support installation, maintenance, and service for commercial customers.

The role requires on-site work, safety-first approach, and flexibility for overtime, weekends, and travel. A background in HVAC with EPA/NATE credentials is preferred; training provided, with potential relocation after training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• HVAC trade school graduate with strong GPA and attendance preferred.
• 1+ year in mechanical support; hands-on HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Certification - Type I & Type II or Universal preferred.
• NATE certification a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to climb ladders.
• Moderate lifting up to 90 lbs.
• Technical aptitude to perform maintenance, service, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills.
• Ability to complete repairs and required paperwork.
• Work independently and self-schedule.
• Self-motivated to complete tasks within time constraints.
• Driven to succeed with minimal supervision.
• Occasional weekend/night availability.
• Willing to relocate after training; local travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Maintains systems using technical abilities.
• Works in a team-based environment to share workload and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follows safety measures daily in all tasks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends.
