Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) is hiring an entry-level HVAC technician to support installation, maintenance, and service of commercial HVAC systems. The role offers on-site field work across our national footprint, with training and opportunities for advancement within Lennox’s NAS division.

You will perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, and repairs, while ensuring customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, HVAC trade school training, EPA and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• HVAC trade school diploma strongly preferred; GPA 3.5 and good attendance.
• 1+ years in mechanical support role; some HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Certification - Type I & Type II or Universal preferred.
• NATE certification a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site preventive maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Use technical abilities to maintain HVAC systems.
• Work in a team-based environment to ensure customer satisfaction.
