Job summary

Apex Mechanical is seeking an Entry-Level HVAC Service Technician to launch a long-term career in the field. You will join a team that supports hands-on learning with experienced technicians and practical training.

Requirements include HVAC school or internship completion or up to 1 year of hands-on experience, a solid foundation, good work ethic, and willingness to learn. A valid driver's license is preferred and EPA certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• HVAC school or training program completed with internship or up to 1 year of HVAC field experience.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components.
• Some hands-on experience with HVAC tools and equipment.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable record.
• EPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with HVAC service, maintenance, and repairs.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting with support from experienced technicians.
• Learn to diagnose electrical and mechanical issues.
• Complete preventative maintenance and system checks.
• Work with different HVAC equipment and applications.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Follow established procedures and safety standards.

This is an opportunity for someone who has completed HVAC training and an internship, or has up to one year of hands-on field experience, and wants to continue developing their skills alongside experienced technicians.

You don't need to have every answer yet. We're looking for someone with a solid foundation, good work ethic, and the willingness to learn.
