Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) is hiring an entry-level HVAC technician to support installation, maintenance, and servicing for commercial customers. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction, with the possibility of overtime and weekend work.

Successful candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, HVAC training, and relevant certifications; a valid driver’s license is required. Training, company vehicle, and nationwide opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• HVAC trade school graduate with strong attendance; 3.5 GPA preferred.
• 1+ years in mechanical support role; some HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Type I & II or Universal preferred.
• NATE certification a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 90 pounds.
• Technical aptitude for maintenance, service, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Use technical abilities to maintain HVAC systems.
• Work in a team-based environment to share workload and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain safety measures and work safely daily.
• Perform other duties and overtime/weekend work as required.
• Complete required paperwork accurately.
