Job summary

REIC Rentals is hiring an Entry-Level HVAC Installation Technician in the Denver, Colorado area. You will support installation tasks, load and transport equipment, and assist senior technicians while learning in a hands-on environment.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule 7:00 AM–4:00 PM with on-call rotations and potential overtime, minimal overnight travel regionally. EPA certification is preferred but not required, making it accessible for recent graduates joining our growing team.

Responsibilities

REIC Rentals is hiring an Entry-Level HVAC Installation Technician to support our growing team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in HVAC. You'll gain hands‑on experience working alongside experienced HVAC Service and Commercial Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Load, transport, and unload HVAC equipment
• Drive company vehicles to job sites (acceptable driving record required)
• Assist with installation of HVAC systems, including:
  • Running gas hoses
  • Installing ducting and ventilation
  • Setting up equipment for operation
• Work closely with service and commercial HVAC technicians
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• EPA Certification preferred, not required
• Experience in HVAC, construction, or mechanical work
• Rental equipment industry experience (a plus)

Schedule

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (with on‑call rotations and overtime opportunities; weekends as needed)
• Minimal overnight travel; regional travel to WY, UT, NM, and NE

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to walk, bend, lift, push, pull, and reach throughout the shift
