Johnson Barrow is seeking an Associate HVAC Service Technician to support our commercial service team on a project in Buffalo, NY. This entry‑level role focuses on parts and materials, field support, and learning the commercial HVAC trade.

No prior HVAC experience required. Reliability, organization, and a willingness to learn are essential as you work closely with technicians, keep job sites stocked, and help ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (50+ lbs regularly).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and strong work ethic.
• Basic computer skills (inventory systems, shipping software a plus).

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver HVAC parts, tools, and materials to jobsites.
• Serve as a parts runner for service technicians and project teams.
• Receive parts and materials at the shop, warehouse, or jobsite.
• Verify deliveries against packing slips and identify missing or damaged items.
• Organize parts and materials for easy retrieval.
• Help maintain inventory of commonly used service parts and materials.
