Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an entry-level HVAC service technician to support on-site installation and repair work at customer locations. You will collaborate with team leaders, diagnose equipment, and ensure customer satisfaction while following blueprints and safety standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma (EPA certification preferred) and 0–2 years in HVAC or related technical training. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Certification preferred (e.g. HVAC Journeyman, Boiler Operator).
• Typically 0–2 years of HVAC experience or technical training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with team leader and customer to understand on-site installation/repair requirements.
• Serve as direct customer contact; identify, diagnose and repair equipment at customer locations.
• Use software, blueprints or specifications to diagnose and repair units.
• Possess flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Enforce safety standards and track company assets.
