Job summary

Trane Technologies seeks an entry-level HVAC service professional to build a long-term career in field service. This on-site role partners with customers to install and repair equipment while applying safety and quality standards.

You will use hands-on tools and basic software, coordinate with team leaders, and develop technical skills toward advanced responsibilities within our sustainable climate solutions business.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and handheld devices.
• EPA certification preferred for HVAC roles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with team leader and customer to understand on-site installation and repair requirements, forecasting issues and coordinating materials.
• Represent the company by serving as the direct customer contact and diagnose/repair equipment on site to ensure satisfaction.
• Follow blueprints or engineering specs and use tools to diagnose and repair units; maintain safety standards.
