Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 0–2 years of Human Resources, recruiting, administrative, data-entry, or related experience; relevant education, internships, or professional experience may be considered.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Assist with full-cycle recruiting activities for hourly and salaried positions under guidance of HR Manager or recruiter.
• Draft, post, and update job advertisements across approved channels.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and other approved channels.
• Screen resumes and applications against job requirements and refer qualified candidates for review.
• Coordinate interview logistics including scheduling and materials.
• Maintain timely candidate communication and status updates.
• Support preparation of offer letters and required hiring documentation.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities including background checks and drug screening.
• Support onboarding logistics including orientation scheduling and equipment requests.
• Maintain recruiting trackers and metrics (open requisitions, pipeline, time-to-fill).
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and procedures.
