You will manage full-cycle recruitment, build strong relationships in the community, and ensure accurate records while maintaining privacy and SLAs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college credits preferred.
• 1+ year of office, recruiting or HR experience highly desirable.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry systems.

• Manages full-cycle recruitment from job ads to onboarding.
• Represents the local branch at fairs and hiring events.
• Ensures HR compliance with policies and laws.
• Improves candidate experience and meets SLAs.
• Expands outreach via social media and job boards.
• Maintains accurate employment records and data entry.
