Job summary

Six Flags Great Adventure is seeking an Entry Level Human Resources Representative to support the Team Six Office (TSO) and Employee Residential Campus. You will interact with associates in a friendly, helpful, and efficient manner and help departments focus on in-park operations while handling back-of-house duties.

Your role includes disseminating campus rules, conducting inventories, cleaning, audits, and enforcing the mantra of Friendly, Clean, Fast, and Safe Service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, OneNote, Publisher, and Outlook.
• Comfortable enforcing policy and counseling employees when needed.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between associates and management.
• Assist employees, answer questions and resolve concerns.
• Provide administrative support for all departments.
