Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations across Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Compliance, and HR Administration.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and pre-employment processes.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS transactions with data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with payroll preparation, timekeeping, and employee payroll inquiries.
• Support benefits administration and communications.
• Coordinate recruiting activities and support hiring managers throughout the process.
• Support training coordination and employee development programs.
• Prepare HR reports, metrics, and dashboards using HRIS and MS Office.
• Maintain documentation for internal audits and compliance.
