Qualifications

• Previous hotel engineering experience including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment.
• Vocational training or an associate's degree, certification or apprenticeship; licensure where required.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift 10–25 pounds and perform standard office duties.

Responsibilities

• Operate central HVAC and mechanical equipment safely using established procedures.
• Repair and maintain hotel food production, laundry, refrigeration, boilers, plumbing, electrical and gas systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic issues quickly and cost-efficiently.
• Perform ongoing preventive and predictive maintenance.
