Job summary

Remington Hospitality in Tampa, FL is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to operate central HVAC and related mechanical systems, ensuring safe, efficient performance in compliance with corporate procedures.

You will repair and maintain food service, laundry, ice machines, refrigeration, boilers, plumbing, and electrical/gas distribution, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic problems to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate central HVAC equipment and mechanical systems following engineering practices and corporate SOPs.
• Repair and maintain food production and kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, ice machines, refrigeration systems, boilers, plumbing and all electrical and natural gas distribution systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic problems and repair them quickly and cost-effectively.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on an ongoing basis.

Job description

• Efficiently and safely operate central HVAC equipment and mechanical equipment using sound engineering practices and specified corporate operating procedures.
• Accurately and efficiently repair and maintain food production and related kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, ice machines and refrigeration systems, boilers and plumbing systems and all electrical and natural gas distribution systems.
• Trouble-shoot electrical and pneumatic problems and repair them as quickly and economically as possible.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on an on-going basis.
