Job summary

Hilton in Florida seeks a Maintenance Engineer to keep guest rooms, public spaces and back-of-house areas safe and functional. You will respond to service requests, perform repairs across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry, and ensure preventive maintenance is conducted.

You will document activities, help uphold Hilton's hospitality standards, and support team members with urgency and ownership.

Responsibilities

Maintain hotel facilities: Ensure physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
Respond to service requests: Quickly handle guest calls and team member work orders.
Perform a variety of maintenance tasks: Conduct repairs across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry.
Conduct preventive maintenance inspections: Regularly inspect facilities and equipment to identify needs.
Document maintenance activities: Record inspections and repairs and flag issues for follow-up.
