D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Junior Sales Representative in Adams County to manage the sales process from first contact to close. You'll greet visitors, demonstrate homes, qualify leads, and document transactions.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree or two years related experience, own a vehicle, and can operate DRH Sales apps and MS Office. We offer benefits and growth within a Fortune 500 company.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years related experience.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Ability to use DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify visitors
• Demonstrate models/homes/home sites
• Overcome sales objections; close for the sale
• Document the transaction
• Track progress of loan, options and construction
• Respond to customer requests for information
• Document any cancellations
• Maintain all lot files/sales files
• Monitor models and sales office for disclosures and supplies
• Conduct all business professionally to serve buyers and increase goodwill and profit
• Develop and maintain rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members
• Execute policies to ensure compliance with quality standards
