Grant Cardone Enterprises is seeking an entry-level Sales Representative to close high-ticket B2C and B2B deals, transforming leads into success stories. The role offers substantial income potential through an on-target earnings structure and a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Onsite position in Florida with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:20 AM–6 PM, and weekend availability as needed. Required are 2+ years of sales experience, strong communication, and a drive to achieve ambitious quotas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in high-ticket sales.
• Ability to close inbound warm leads and meet/exceed targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas.

Responsibilities

• Manage and close inbound warm leads to meet sales targets.
• Engage with prospects through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Conduct product presentations and provide detailed information on services.
• Negotiate and close high-ticket deals with individuals and businesses.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales progress in the CRM.
