Skilled Wound Care is seeking an entry-level Business Development Associate in Cincinnati, OH to launch a healthcare sales career. No prior healthcare sales needed; you’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear growth path.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of sales, customer service, or related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Willingness to travel 4–5 days per week.
• Strong drive, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Learn and assist with outreach, prospecting, and relationship-building within SNF and Long-Term Care sectors.
• Help identify potential targets and learn how market expansion strategy comes together in the field.
• Learn to articulate ROI of our physician-led wound care model to administrators and other stakeholders, with training and coaching provided.
• Start building your own network with SNF staff, owners, and regional directors under mentorship of senior team members.
• Share field observations, ask questions, and contribute to a team strategy that lifts everyone.
