• 0–2 years of sales or related experience (internships and new grads welcome).
• Genuine interest in healthcare, sales, or business development.
• A team-first mindset with the drive to learn and grow independently.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs (as needed).
• Comfort with travel 4–5 days per week and valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Guided Sales Support: Learn and assist with outreach, prospecting, and relationship-building within SNF and Long-Term Care sectors.
• Territory Learning: Identify potential targets and learn market expansion strategies in the field.
• Clinical Value Selling: Articulate ROI of our physician-led wound care model to administrators and stakeholders.
• Relationship Building: Build a network with SNF staff, owners, and regional directors under mentorship.
• Team Collaboration: Share field observations and contribute to team strategy.
