Datavant is seeking an entry level ROI processor to handle medical record requests with accuracy and speed. You will protect patient privacy, follow regulatory guidelines, and use standard software to track and respond to records requests.

Key duties include assisting with mail/fax requests, documenting in multiple platforms, and supporting a fast-paced health information environment onsite in Miami, FL. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Familiar with HIPAA and ROI processes.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for patient health information.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of privileged information.
• Maintain knowledge of facility software systems.
• Follow conduct and policies of company and facilities.
• Inform supervisor of workload changes and site difficulties.
• Assist with additional duties as needed.
• Ensure HIPAA privacy standards are followed.
• Prepare and route patient records and responses.
