Job summary

Datavant is seeking an entry-level ROI specialist to process medical record requests while upholding HIPAA privacy and security standards. You will handle patient information with care, operate on-site in Miami, and support the release of information workflow in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and ROI processes preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and comfortable with technology.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process ROI requests and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information.
• Keep working knowledge of facility software and systems.
• Adhere to Company policies and Code of Conduct; report issues to management.
• Assist with additional duties as needed and respond to changing priorities.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of medical records and ensure proper storage.
