Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for patient health information in accordance with policy.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of privileged information.
• Maintain working knowledge of facility software and perform data entry tasks.
• Answer inbound/outbound calls and assist with administrative duties.
• Ensure medical records are complete and properly organized.
