Job summary

Datavant is seeking an entry level Release of Information (ROI) specialist to process medical record requests in a timely and compliant manner. This remote role supports HIPAA privacy and accurate data handling, with standard 8:00am-4:30pm CST hours, Monday through Friday.

You will document information in multiple platforms, perform data entry, and maintain confidentiality while delivering high quality service to customers and healthcare providers. Training is provided and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to commute between locations as needed.
• Strong data entry skills.
• Professional verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for patient health information.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of privileged information.
• Maintain working knowledge of company and facility software.
• Adhere to Company policies and HIPAA regulations.
• Assist with additional duties as needed.
