Telaid Industries Inc. in Norcross, GA is seeking an entry-level Redeployment Technician to join our depot team. You will receive and prep hardware for redeployment, including handheld devices, scanners, servers, laptops, printers, and security components, in a fast-paced setting.

This role requires strong technical problem-solving, attention to detail, and solid communication with team members. Training is provided on-site; you will help maintain inventory, follow safety guidelines, and support

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook preferred.
• CompTIA A+ certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive material into stock following company and customer standards.
• Identify manufacturer model numbers of used equipment.
• Triage hardware for redeployment ensuring condition and functionality.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with customer hardware.
• Clean and package equipment for redeployment.
• Adhere to customer contracts for warranty or repairs.
• Process RMA, warranty, and disposal orders.
• Perform repairs and maintenance of equipment per contracts.
• Maintain accurate inventory and triage records.
• Communicate with management regarding customer equipment and needs.
