Job summary

Info Origin Inc. is seeking an IT Deployment Technician to deliver, install, configure, and support laptops and technology assets across TDOT locations in Nashville, Tennessee.

This on-site role requires hands-on setup, strong customer service, and reliable transportation; you will deploy and configure laptops, workstations, peripherals, and software, while keeping deployment records up to date and troubleshooting issues on-site and remotely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus.
• Prior IT deployment, hardware installation, or related experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift/carry/push equipment up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure laptops, workstations, peripherals, and software.
• Maintain accurate equipment deployment and inventory records.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on-site and remotely.
• Provide professional customer service and communicate with end users and team members.
• Travel to TDOT sites across Tennessee; travel expenses reimbursed per state guidelines.
