Qualifications

• No mortgage experience required; training provided.
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry and document review.
• Ability to follow written procedures, checklists and established workflows.
• Comfort learning a loan origination system and lender portals.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and follow requests through completion.
• Clear written and verbal communication with a service-focused approach.
• Maintain confidentiality of borrower, loan and company information.

Responsibilities

• Process VA appraisal orders and COE requests using established procedures and checklists.
• Monitor open requests, resolve missing information and deliver status updates and documents.
