Job summary

Electric Power Research Institute, Inc. is seeking a Government Contracts Coordinator to manage cradle-to-grave government contracts and related documentation in a multi-site environment (Charlotte, NC and Knoxville, TN).

You will handle data entry in SAP/GRM/CLM, manage ECM records, and prepare certifications for review by senior staff. This entry-level role offers opportunities to progress to more senior administrator positions as you gain experience, with emphasis on collaboration across

Qualifications

• Associates degree required, Bachelor’s preferred; paralegal or supply chain specialization is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand contract language; experience with government contracting processes is valued.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP; experience with OpenText or similar ECM a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, administer, and track government contracts through cradle-to-grave lifecycle.
• Manage ECM activities: create folders, upload documents, maintain permissions and due dates.
• Enter government contract and proposal data into SharePoint; process funding in SAP/GRM/CLM.
• Prepare certifications and required documentation; support contract closeout.
• Create reports on contract projections, expirations, and deadlines.
• Support Subrecipient Monitoring and prevailing wage reporting; assist audit activities.
