Job summary

PD Power Systems, LLC is seeking a mid-level Contracts Administrator to manage cradle-to-grave government and non-government contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, and teaming agreements. You will analyze profitability, ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, and support bid proposals including GSA contracts.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience; U.S. citizenship required; proficiency with Excel; ITAR/EAR familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of government contract experience.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and related regulations.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provides cradle-to-grave contract administration, including development, negotiation, and administration of government and non-government contracts and subcontracts.
• Identify potential contractual issues, analyze impact, and coordinate resolution with PM, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare proposals for GSA contracts, including Add Products and Economic Price Adjustments.
