Job summary

Kiewit Power Constructors is seeking an entry-level Contracts Administrator for our Homer City, PA location. The role supports contract negotiations, reviews, and administration while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project execution.

The position requires detail-orientation, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced energy construction environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent, demonstrated customer service and collaborations mentality.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving in a contract-focused role.
• MS Office 365, SharePoint, SmartSheet and SAP familiarity is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate design service agreements with partners and subconsultants.
• Review terms and conditions and ensure flow-down provisions from prime contracts.
• Interface with business line managers, project sponsors, area managers, estimating, tax, treasury, legal, and risk management.
• Coordinate all subconsultant agreements prior to pursuit submission.
• Modify standard forms to align with prime contracts and capture flow-down provisions.
• Support lower-tier negotiations with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
